Ingredients:
- 2cups onions
- g1cup- read peppers
- 1cup yellow peppers
- 1cup black bean garlic to taste
- black pepper
- spring onions
Instrucitons:
combine all the ingredients in a bowl mis together well and leave to stand for few minutes it is a complete meal in in it self and is made extra special by the black bean and garlic feel free to get creative with other ingredients of your choice
